A group of intrepid space explorers are meeting at The Model this week to build magical spacecraft, find new planets and explore new worlds.

‘‘Day 1.Going into space, we explored the vast cosmos, imagining the planets, solar systems and stars up in space. Then we picked our own, special planet and drew its using charcoal, pencil and other media. We used our voices to make the planets sing!! Day 2. Exploration…How do we travel vast space? Rocket or spaceship, or flying unicorns or angel’s wings? We made our craft out of cardboard, shells and cartoons and then painted and decorated them. We helped our craft blast off with sounds from our hand made exotic instruments!’‘
