The Model and Sligo Global Kitchen in partnership with Sligo Family Resource Centre, welcome you to a very special St Patrick’s Day reception in our first celebration of art, food and community since 2020. Join us at our communal table after the parade to connect with friends old and new over some of the finest global cuisine Sligo has to offer.

Sligo Global Kitchen was commissioned by The Model in 2014, and developed by Anna Spearman, Mabel Chah, residents of direct provision, members of Sligo's new communities and The Model. It is funded by The Model, the Community Foundation for Ireland, as well as other funds and donations.
