After the success of our previous sketching sessions with artist Andy Parsons, we’re delighted to welcome him back to The Model for more evenings of drawing and creative exploration, this time we are exploring the wonderful work of Mainie Jellett and the exhibition Decoration.

Andy will guide drawing & sketching sessions at The Model. Look closely and respond to the artwork of Mainie Jellett and take the opportunity to play, experiment and explore different drawing techniques. Andy Parsons lives and works in Sligo. His artistic practice spans drawing, painting and sculpture, with a particular interest in people, places and the activities that bring them together.

No previous experience needed. Whether you have a drawing practice or haven’t picked up a pencil in years, you’re very welcome.

All welcome, materials provided. Beginners encouraged. Designed for adult.
