Rhythms of Africa: A Day of Culture and Creativity Celebrating Africa Day at The Model

This day offers a vibrant programme celebrating African culture through art, food, music and performance. Join us at The Model to explore cultural artefacts, enjoy African cuisines, and take part in creative activities for children and families. Experience workshops and performances, including song, dance and an theatrical interpretation of an Igbo wedding ceremony. Youth voices are also at the centre of the day, celebrating identity, heritage and community in The Model’s welcoming and inclusive surroundings.
