Yeast, Yeats and Yoga: Creative Camp is over. We asked Laura McGowan what went down

‘We’ve had a fantastic few days here at The Model. There have been warrior poses, sticky dough and cats dancing to the radio. We’ve stretched and kneaded dough, making rectangle oval and square shapes. We made yummy bread and scrumptious pizza. We stretched and strengthened our muscles with the Swan Dive and the Downward Dog. We practiced keeping our balance doing The Tree Pose and relaxed with Up The Wall. We listened to The Song of Wandering Aengus and the Cat and The Moon. We created fantastic colourful images from Yeats poems with charcoal and paint and crayons. It has been brilliant doing lots of different things and learning new skills.’

Thanks to artist Alice Lyons and photographer Anna Leask.
