Conrad’s Kitchen is a great local restaurant, for local people, in the heart of Sligo’s Creative Quarter and positioned right in the heart of The Model. Boasted as Sligo’s premiere gourmet restaurant serving signature dishes from the Conrad Gallagher repertoire.

The restaurant serves lunch, Tuesday through Sunday from 12.30 to 2.30 daily with extended opening hours on Sundays 1pm to 4 p.m. and serves a great 2 course lunch for just €18.95.

The dinner menu which is on offer from 5pm to 11 p.m. Thursday to Saturday is a lot more focused on gourmet contemporary cooking, unique styling of food and combinations, a grand combination of local organic meats, vegetables and fish with a large focus on supporting local farmers and small proveyers. We also have a large range of organic and vegetarian menus that has a real focus on originality.
